Have you ever wanted to try trapeze before? This workshop will be focusing on beginner trapeze skills for people who haven’t tried trapeze or have only done a little bit. The 1 hour long workshop will be taught by Carlie Huberman who has been performing on trapeze for 22 years and teaching for the last 13 Carlie also holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is a practicing physical therapist that specializes in performing artists. She makes sure to always incorporates injury prevention exercises into her warm ups and cool downs.  At the beginner workshop participants can expect to learn how to get on the trapeze, how to stand, and how to do some basic moves that don’t take you too high off of the ground. Crash mats will be used at all times.  Trapeze of different heights will be provided for students of different comfort levels.
