This is a workshop that will be based on intermediate to advanced trapeze skills! We will spend time working on different drops, spins and rolls as well as hitting on some pretty sequences that are more advanced. The 1.5 hour long workshop will be taught by Carlie Huberman who has been performing on trapeze for 18 years and teaching for the last 9. Carlie also holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is a practicing physical therapist that specializes in performing artists. She makes sure to always incorporates injury prevention exercises into her warm ups and cool downs. The students are expected to be able to mont the trapeze, crochet in the ropes, invert on your own, and hold your weight in your hands for at least 5 secs. Trapeze of different heights will be provided for students and we will have both single point and double point trapeze for use.
