MyFLEX Studio Class:
Want to work on your square splits but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting your square forward splits using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the pike and hip extension MyFLEX module.
Supplies needed: You will need a roller, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.
Class is taught every Wednesday at 7:00pm EST.
In order to take this class you must be a member of MyFLEX. The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class. The recording is available for 7 days.
