MyFLEX Studio Class:
Want to work on your square splits, middle splits, and pancakes but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting all of your splits using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. In the class we will work on both ground splits as well as standing flexibility. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the pike, straddle and hip extension MyFLEX module.
Supplies needed: You will need a roller, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.
This class switches weekly between being a class on Square Splits and a class on Middle Splits and Pancakes.
Class is taught every Monday at 12:00pm EDT.
In order to take this class you must be a member of MyFLEX, except for the first week of every month. The first week of every month the class is open to the public. The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class. The recording is available for 7 days.
