MyFLEX Studio Class:

Want to work on your square splits, middle splits, and pancakes but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting all of your splits using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. In the class we will work on both ground splits as well as standing flexibility. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the pike, straddle and hip extension MyFLEX module.

Supplies needed: You will need a roller, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.


This class switches weekly between being a class on Square Splits and a class on Middle Splits and Pancakes.

Price: $10

Class is taught every Monday at 12:00pm EST.


In order to take this class you must be a member of MyFLEX.  The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class.  The recording is available for 7 days.
