Want to have beautiful pointed toes? Want to work on your balance or jumps? Do you get a lot of sprained ankles and want to learn how to strengthen them up? Then this workshop is for you! This workshop is taught by Dr. Carlie Huberman, Pura Vida Studio’s resident physical therapist, and is going to be all about the feet! You will learn how to safely work towards a deeper point and flexed foot position, as well as learn specific foot exercises to reduce that pesky cramping in the bottom of your feet. We will also work on different balance and jump techniques to train the proprioception in your feet and ankles, and specific strengthening exercises to reduce the risk of injury in the future.
