MyFLEX Studio Online Class:
Want to work on your bridges, back and shoulder flexibility but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting your bridge, scorpion and other back flex poses using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the shoulder and back module of MyFLEX.
Supplies needed: You will need a roller, a peanut or ball, yoga block, strap, and a medium strength mini-band loop.
This class switches weekly between full back flexibility and upper back flexibility.
Class is taught every Wednesday at 12:00pm EDT.
The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class. The recording is available for 7 days.
