MyFLEX Studio Class:
Want to work on your bridges, back and shoulder flexibility but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting your bridge using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the shoulder and back module.
Supplies needed: You will need a roller, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.
Class is taught every Wednesday at 7:00pm EDT.
In order to take this class you must be a member of MyFLEX, except for the first week of every month. It is open to the public the first week of every month. The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class. The recording is available for 7 days.
