Learn how to stretch actively and passively in a safe and controlled environment during Carlie’s online 4-week full body flexibility series taught through Pura Vida Studio. You will be walked through different exercises and stretches each week to target a new part of the body to help improve your flexibility.
All flexibility levels and abilities are welcome and exercises will be altered for those who need it. This class is great for those of you looking to enhance your yoga or aerials practice.
For those of you who can’t make the live session then we will send a recording which can be replayed up to a week after the session.
