Online class taught through Pura Vida Studio
Let’s make your splits the talk of the town! Learn how to stretch actively and passively in a safe and controlled environment while you are stuck at home! You will be walked through different exercises and stretches to help improve the flexibility in your hips and legs during this series, all in pursuit of the perfect split! (Or oversplit!). We will be working on both forward splits and middle splits. All flexibility levels and abilities are welcome and exercises will be altered for those who need it. This class is great for those of you looking to spice up your aerials or yoga and add in all of those #Splits4Claps to your routines! The class is taught by Dr. Carlie Huberman a life long aerialist and a local physical therapist who specializes in performing artists, and is a coach for Cirque Physio’s Myflex Program!
